Earlier reports said that the couple is on their way to the divorce court after Griffith stepped out in Hollywood without her wedding ring, reported Radar Online.
The 52-year-old Spanish actor, who according to multiple reports stepped out on his wife during a Cancun trip in April, attended a press conference in Spain wearing his wedding band.
Griffith, who hasn't been photographed with Banderas recently and hit a Los Angeles grocery store earlier this week without any sign of her rings, is currently staying at the couple's Aspen home.
