"Our very own homely drinks, 'beler sherbet' or 'ampanna' are the perfect antidotes in such muggy conditions, I would prefer such liquid at home always instead of any other beverages. Let's go back to our roots," Parambrata told PTI here.

"Based on these we had introduced summer special recipes using seasonal vegetables and fruits like Radhuni Diye Lau, Stuffed Karela, Ada Mourier Kodair Daal in the vegetarian menu and Aam Diye Maacher Jhol, Pudina Diye Chingri Curry, Doi Murgi to satiate the non-vegetarian palate."
"This summer is killing and I am raring to tuck into typical Bengali dishes to quench my tastebuds," actor Priyanka said.
"Yes for her as well as commoners we have an array of dishes like Daber Tarkari, Aam Posto Bora, Pudina Diye Chingri Curry, Aam Diye Bekti Paturi, Kancha Aamer Mangsher Korma," Deb said keeping in mind the seasonal requirements of the body, Deb, who had earlier worked with Hyatt and another five star hotel, said.
The menu will be on offer from June 6 for a fortnight, for both lunch and dinner at the two facilities of the resturant, a part of the Speciality Restaurants Private Limited.
