"For building a world-class capital city, as per the suggestion of Prime Minister Narendra Modiji, it was decided to visit countries like Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan and see some of the international cities," state Information Minister Palle Raghunatha Reddy told reporters at Rajahmundry after a meeting of the state cabinet.
