Narasimhan hoisted the national flag here on the 67th Republic Day celebrations and took review of the parade and march past.
He said Andhra Pradesh has achieved 11.77 per cent growth in the first half of the current fiscal against the national average of 7.2 per cent, and it has resulted in Rs 4.70 lakh crore investments coming in the state.
"The guiding principles of my state are sustainable development and inclusive growth," he said.
He said the Government is implementing many welfare measures to improve the quality of life of the poor and disadvantaged families.
