Under the fortnight-long programme details of property like name of owner, survey number, land tax and other vital details are made available to land owners by Revenue department officials across the state.
During the process, revenue officials will also take down complaints or information like correction in name, address in case of mistake in the records.
The first phase of the programme was conducted in August.
The chief minister through a tele conference facility informed all district and joint collectors about the programme and asked them to settle complaints, received during phase I, by October 15.
Naidu also directed officials to link Aadhar cards with the owners' names in order to keep check on land grabbing issues.
