The petitioners had approached the court to quash various notices,including demolition for constructing without approval; for violationg the approval granted and constructing
More areas and encroaching on government land. They had also sought to remove the sealing of their building.
Justices R Sudhakar and V M Velumani said their appeal was pending before the country and town planning authority. They should seek the remedy with the authorties concerned and if denied justice, could then approach the court.
They also directed the authorities toconsider the appeal of the petitioners as per law and other aspects.
