AR Rahman's son makes Hindi singing debut with Sachin biopic

Music maestro AR Rahman's son AR Ameen has made his singing debut in Hindi with "Sachin: A Billion Dreams".
Ameen, 14, has sung the song "Mard Maratha" for the movie, directed by James Erskine.
A proud father, Rahman, who is also the music composer for the film, took to Twitter where he shared the YouTube link to his son's song, which also features singer Anjali Gaikwad.
"AR Ameen's Hindi debut featuring Anjali Gaikwad," wrote Rahman, 50.
Ameen has earlier lend his voice to his Oscar-winning music composer father in various movies such as a traditional song "Maula Wa Sallim", which featured in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi versions of Mani Ratnam's "OK Kanmani".
The young singer has also sung in English film "Couples Retreat" (2009) and Telugu film "Nirmala Convent" (2016).
The film released on May 26.
