Archbishop of Bhopal honoured with 'Ambassador of Peace' award

Archbishop of Bhopal Dr Leo Cornelio has received the prestigious International Human Rights Award for the year 2015, an official said today.
"The Archbishop received the prestigious International Human Rights Award titled 'Ambassador of Peace' for the year 2015 at the India Islamic Centre, New Delhi in a glittering ceremony organised by All India Council of Human Rights, Liberties and Social Justice," Public Relation Officer (PRO) for Madhya Pradesh region, Father Maria Stephen, said.
The Archbishop's name was nominated by the council for his outstanding contribution for peace, harmony, protecting human rights and service to humanity, he said.
