Arhar, its dal edge up on scattered demand

Barring a rise in arhar and its dal prices on mild demand from retailers, other pulses ruled steady at the wholesale pulses market today.
Traders attributed the rise in arhar and its dal prices to some demand from retailers.
In the national capital, arhar and its dal dara variety recovered by Rs 50 and Rs 100 to Rs 4,000 and Rs 6,100-8,000 per quintal, respectively.

Masoor small Rs 3,600-3,700, bold Rs 3,650-3,800, Dal Masoor local Rs 3,800-4,300, best quality Rs 3,900-4,400, Malka local Rs 4,450-4,650, best Rs 4,550-4,750, Moth Rs 3,600-4,000, Arhar Rs 4,000, Dal Arhar Dara Rs 6,100-8,000.
