The two-storeyed building with cabins, recreation rooms and other modern amenities has been designed to house 200 cadets.
The Chief of Army Staff also inaugurated a restored motivational hall which was originally constructed in January, 1936.
The heritage building was restored with the efforts of Old Boys Association of the school.
The major contribution in the restoration has been made by Captain Kuldeep Singh Solanki, according to a defence spokesperson.
Other senior Army officials from south-western command and alumni of the school were present on the occasion.
