The exercise began on March 27 and ended earlier this week, defence sources said.
"The idea is to validate and fine-tune our strategy to take over enemy land via sea. The Navy, Army and the Indian Air Force participated in this war game," the source said.
The aim was also to check preparedness and readiness of the armed forces to ensure functional integrity of all three services and security of the Islands.
It was conducted in a manner, keeping all fragile environmental and ecological aspects in mind.
The Andaman and Nicobar Command (ANC) is the first integrated theatre command in India with headquarters at Port Blair.
