On steps taken to strengthen the Human Rights Cell of the force, Antony said, "In order to strengthen Human Rights Division, the Human Rights set up has been expanded down till Corps level".
In reply to a question on construction of National War Memorial, Minister of State for Defence Jitendra Singh said the government has constituted a Group of Ministers headed by the Defence Minister to decide on its appropriate location.
"The GoM has given its recommendations, laying down the broad framework for construction of War Memorial while suggesting its location at 'C' Hexagon, India Gate," Singh said.
