Recruitment in the India Army is going to be done through Computer Based Entrance Test (CBET) by 2015-16 in all recruitment centres in the state, Colonel Kamal Upreti, Director of Kota Army Recruitment office said.
An air-conditioned lab with 30 computers is being set up at the Kota Army recruitment office, he said, adding that the major equipment and software needed for this is expected to the reach the lab by April 2015.
CBET would be convenient not only for the candidates but also for the officials concerned as no paperwork will be involved, Col Uprati said.
The CBET will start at Army recruitment centres in Alwar, Jodhpur, Jhunjunu and Kota districts.
