Armyman dies under suspicious circumstances

An Army subedar posted here was found dead in his room with the investigation suggesting that it was a case of suicide.
Mahesh Pradhan (35), a resident of Siliguri in West Bengal, was found dead in his rented house near Meerut Cantt here last night, Lalkurti police station incharge Pradeep Tripathi said.
Prima facie, it seems to be a case of suicide although reasons for the same could not be verified, he said.
The post-mortem has been conducted and investigations are underway, he said.
