Armyman's wife found dead

A 24-year-old wife of an armyman was found dead under mysterious circumstances in her house in Sarojini Nagar area of south Delhi early this morning.
Body of the woman, identified as Saujanya, was found lying in a pool of blood by her husband Kishore, a head constable in the Army, with multiple stab injuries, police said.
"Kishore had a night shift. When he reached his home in M Block of Sarojini Nagar, he rang the door bell several times which remained unanswered. He then reached the rear side of the house and found the back door open," an officer said.
When Kishore entered the house, he found Saujanya's body lying on floor in a pool of blood with several stab injuries.
Police was then informed about the matter and she was rushed to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared her brought dead.
A case under relevant provisions of IPC has been lodged at Sarojini Nagar police station against unidentified assailants, and investigations are on, they said.
