Arrangements in place for Prez visit to Udupi on June 18

President Pranab Mukherjee will visit Udupi Sri Krishna temple and Sri Mookambika temple at Kollur in the district on June 18.
Mukherjee would arrive at the Mangaluru International Airport (MIA) here after which he would board a chopper to Udupi and visit the Sri Krishna Mutt and temple at 12 pm, official sources said.
The President would take a chopper to Kollur and visit Sri Mookambika Temple at 4.15 pm.
After visiting the temple, the President would return to Mangaluru airport from where he would fly back to Delhi.
Devotees will not be allowed into the Sri Krishna Mutt from 9 am to 2 pm.

In Kollur, there will not be 'darshan' for devotees at the Sri Mookambika temple from 10.30 am to 6 pm.
Udupi Deputy Commissioner Priyanka Mary Francis held a series of preparatory meetings for the visit and nodal officers have been appointed to monitor various departments.
