A six-member delegation of the protesters was allowed to meet a Joint Commissioner-rank officer and submit a memorandum, ABVP's Delhi State Secretary, Bharat Khatana said.
"We demand immediate arrest of all offenders, filing of chargesheet in a time-bound manner, investigation into the place where the accused had taken sanctuary after the February 9 event, the people who provided them shelter and criminal prosecution of a group of teachers who were active in canard that the videos were doctored," he said.
