Noted cinematographer Sunny Joseph and PRD deputy director Manoj Kumar will be among the members of the technical-group, of which Manoj Abraham IPS will be the convener.
A recent meeting, led by filmmaker Rajeev Kumar, the creative director of the show, discussed about various events to be included in the gala, the organisers said adding that the final structure of the art fiesta would be ready by next month.
National Games are scheduled to be held in different venues across the state from January 31 to February 14.
