Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Nabam Tuki today expressed discontent over the pattern of rural development fund released by the Centre.

Tuki said fund released under centrally sponsored schemes to the state would be immediately released to the departments concerned along with the state's matching share so as to lift the next instalment of central fund on time.
The meeting approved the labour budget for both IPPE (Intensive Participatory Planning Exercise) and non-IPPE blocks for 2015-16 besides resolving to set up a social audit unit for which funds would be borne by the union RD ministry.
The meeting also resolved to appoint Ombudsman from civil society with law background and preferably retired civil servants with age above 65 years, Convergence of MGNREGA programmes with other programmes like tree plantation and sanitary latrines and major allocation of the fund provision to be kept for agriculture based activities.
The meeting was attended by commissioner, secretary, director, chief engineer and the zilla parishad chairpersons of the districts.
