The chairman of the Commission Justice (retd) P K Mushahary along with its member retired Meghalaya Director General of Police Sibabrata Kakoty, presented the report to the Chief Minister, said a government release.
Gogoi said he would look into the recommendations of the Commission and the needful would be done accordingly, the release stated.
Assam DGP Khagen Chandra Sharma, Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister MGVK Bhanu, Additional DGP Mukesh Agarwal and Commissioner and Secretary Home L S Changsan were present on the occasion, it added.
