Additional Superintendent of ACB Thane Division Srinivas Ghadge told PTI that the accused allegedly demanded a bribe from the complainant for not demolishing his house.
The aggrived complainant registered an offence with the ACB's Thane unit which laid a trap and caught the duo, the ACB official said.
Assistant Commissioner Ratan Bhavrao Kedar (56) and Raju Tirathdas Sanghani (53) allegedly demanded and accepted a a total amount of Rs 7,000 from the complainant.
While the Assistant Commissioner accepted Rs 5,000, the other official accepted Rs 2,000, the ACB officer said, who added that both of them have been arrested by ACB.
