Healthcare provider Aster DM Healthcare on Friday said it will close operations of all its clinics in Philippines by December 31, 2019.
The company has decided to sell the clinics as they were loss-making, hence the company decided to close the operations, Aster DM Healthcare said in a filing to the BSE.
"It is estimated to close the operations of all the clinics by December 31, 2019," it added.
Shares of Aster DM Healthcare closed at Rs 152.30 per scrip on the BSE, up 0.40 per cent from its previous close.
