AstraZeneca Pharma swings back to profit in Dec qtr

AstraZeneca Pharma India today posted a net profit of Rs 1.51 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2013.
The company had posted a net loss of Rs 17.69 crore during the same period of previous fiscal.
Net sales rose to Rs 118.87 crore for the third quarter against Rs 104.91 crore during the same period of previous fiscal, AstraZeneca Pharma India said in a BSE filing.
Shares of the company today closed at Rs 739.05 apiece on the BSE, down 2.87 per cent from their previous close.
