Net sales of the company rose to Rs 128.35 crore for the second quarter, as against Rs 114.55 crore during the same period of previous financial year, AstraZeneca Pharma said in a filing to the BSE.
The company's board, which met today, accepted the resignation of Rebekah Martin as director effective November 6 and has appointed Claire-Marie O' Grady in place of Martin with immediate effect.
AstraZeneca shares today ended at Rs 1,159 apiece on the BSE, down 0.40 per cent from previous close.
