Marin County Sheriff's office spokesman Lt Doug Pittman tells the San Francisco chronicle that the fight broke out yesterday morning and that there may be more victims.
Pittman says three people were confirmed dead.
He says officers from multiple agencies are responding to the scene, which was not immediately secured.
