Telugu film star and Union minister Chiranjeevi's youngest brother Pawan Kalyan, who launched his political outfit 'Jana Sena' here tonight, trained his guns entirely on the Congress exhorting people to vote out the party "to save the country".
Echoing BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi's slogan, Pawan gave the call "Congress hatao, Desh bachao" (Defeat Congress, save the country) even as he vowed not to spare any ruling party leader, including Congress president Sonia Gandhi.
"I will make sure that the Congress does not win for the next five years," he added.
He dared Sonia to make her son Rahul Gandhi, whom he called as "aspiring Prime Minister", to contest the ensuing election from Vizianagaram constituency in north coastal Andhra Pradesh.
"You will face the people's wrath for sure," he said.
Targeting Union Ministers Sushil Kumar Shinde, P Chidambaram, Jairam Ramesh, Veerappa Moily and AICC leaders Digvijaya Singh and Ahmed Patel over the manner in which AP was bifurcated, the 'Power Star' said, "We are deeply hurt... We are bleeding. We trusted you but you back-stabbed us."

Singling out Ramesh for a strident attack, Pawan likened the former to Lord Mountbatten and lashed out that he spoke in "different voices" on the bifurcation issue.
"Mr Jairam Ramesh, my brother Chiranjeevi is your Cabinet colleague. Please respect him," Pawan said in an angry tone, referring the Union minister's remarks in Karimnagar recently.
Stating that he floated the political party to ensure stability in governance at a time when the state stood divided, the star said he was ready to join hands with any party "except Congress".
"I am not in politics for power. I may not even contest the coming elections. But, I will be first person to die for this country," he announced, even as he warned all parties against playing divisive politics that threatened the nation's integrity.
