"We have planned 15 units which are tree house bungalows that would be ready by December 2017," Uttam Dave, MD, Atmanya Projects told PTI today.
The project is named 'Amoravida Goa'.
The site, located near proposed Greenfield Mopa international airport, is in Dhargalim village of North Goa.
"We are targeting professionals or creative people who wants to make Goa as their home to purchase the properties," he said.
The company, which is into developing hotels, has for the first time ventured in building bungalows which are located between trees.
Located on the banks of Chapora River, the project has each unit spread across 3,700 square feet which is nicely wooded.
