Ten live cartridges of AK-47 rifle were seized on the basis of information provided by an accused in the attack on senior BJP leader Brijpal Teotia and five others here, police said today.
Shekhar Choudhary, who surrendered in court three days ago, provided information about the live cartridges after which 10 bullets of AK-47 were recovered, they said.
The attack on Teotia took place at Raoli Road under Muradnagar police station in Ghaziabad on August 11 and five people were also injured in the incident.
Teotia, who had contested the 2012 Uttar Pradesh Assembly election from Muradnagar constituency, was on his way to Ghaziabad when the incident occurred.
