Attempts to damage railway track near Chandausi: Police

There were attempts to damage the railway track on the Chandausi-Aligarh route near Chandausi railway station here, police said today.
Acting on a tip-off, police this morning found equipment used to carry out such activities near the railway track. Further inspection revealed that there were attempts to damage the track, Circle officer, Chandausi, Suresh Babu Yadav said.
A detailed probe has been ordered into the incident, police sources said, adding that no arrest has so far been made in this connection.
