Australia reached 405 for six against India at lunch on the second day of the first cricket Test, here today.
An early lunch was declared after rain interrupted play about half-an-hour before the scheduled lunch time.
Michael Clarke (85 batting) and Steven Smith (95 batting) were at the crease.
