Auto-rickshaw aggregator Jugnoo ties up with Trainman

The service will be available to users of Trainman mobile app in 35 cities where Jugnoo is currently operational

Auto-rickshaw aggregator Jugnoo on Wednesday said it has partnered with Trainman, an online platform assisting Indian Railway travellers, to enable passengers to book three-wheelers to and from their respective railway stations.

The service will be available to users of Trainman mobile app in 35 cities where Jugnoo is currently operational, it said in a statement here.

"We are happy to associate with Trainman for auto-rickshaw bookings to and from railway stations. While our organic user base is fast expanding, we look forward to more brand associations to cater to the masses, making the hailing process seamless and easier for them," said Samar Singla, Founder and CEO, Jugnoo.

Trainman will be directing its users to the Jugnoo app whenever they seek auto-rickshaw transport, thereby increasing our reach among the addressable target group, he added.

Jugnoo is a Chandigarh-based company established in 2014. It claims 35,000 people transacting on its platform per day and the mobile app has over 12,000 autos empanelled under the brand at present.
