Avendus Wealth appoints Swati Singh as Head-Fixed Income

Avendus Wealth Management, a subsidiary of Avendus Capital, today said it has appointed Swati Singh as the Executive Director and Head of Fixed Income.
Based in Mumbai, Swati's key responsibilities will include expanding the firm's range of solutions for clients seeking exposure to fixed-income markets. She will be be reporting to George Mitra, CEO, Avendus Wealth Management.

Fujifilm India launches new range of X series cameras
* Fujifilm India today said it has increased its list of products with adding six cameras to its flagship X series range.
The company has launched X70, X100T, XA2, XE2S, XPro2, and XT10 models.
"The X series was first introduced in March 2011 and is now the most widely accepted mirrorless camera worldwide. In India too, the mirrorless camera segment has been growing continuously which is the reason why we see so much scope in the mirrorless camera market," Fujiflm India MD Yasunobu Nishiyama said.
The advantage of an X Series mirrorless camera lies in its compact size and features that provide great controls needed by an advanced digital camera user, the company said.

Transformers and Rectifiers bags Rs 68-cr order from PowerGrid * Transformers and Rectifiers today said it has bagged a Rs 68 crore order from Power Grid Corporation for supply of 765 kV class reactors.
"The company has been awarded the order for 13 No. Of 765 kV class reactors amounting to Rs 68 crore from Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd," Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Ltd informed BSE.
According to the statement, this is the first order for 765 kV reactors and with this order, the company has orders for the full range of transformers and reactors up to 765 kV Class.
The order is likely to be executed within next one and a half year. The said order falls under the normal course of business.
