here has been conferred the Award of 'Best University for Agriculture and Allied Courses of the Year' 2016.
The award was given for the professional contributions and academic achievement based on the criteria including infrastructure, faculty, placements, strength of students, annual growth, Alumni feedback and feedback from industry.
The award, carrying a citation, was received by University Registrar Dr C R Anandkumar and Director, Planning and Monitoring, Dr M Chandrasekaran at the Asia Education Summit and Awards 2016 ceremony held at Delhi on March 15, a TNAU release said today.
