On the occasion of Basant Panchami, several Bollywood celebrities including melody queen Lata Mangeshkar, actor Abhisehk Bachchan and singer Shreya Ghoshal wished their fans wisdom and goodness.
The festival marks the start of spring and the Holi season. On this day Hindus worship Saraswati Devi, the goddess of knowledge, music, art and culture.
Bollywood celebrities took to Twitter to extend their wishes.

Abhishek Bachchan, while wishing Happy Basant Panchami, shared with his fans that it is his birthday today, according to Hindu calendar.
