Baby found abandoned at AIIMS

A one-and-a-half-month old boy was found abandoned in a bag at the AIIMS premises here, the police said today.
The baby was found on November 2. Passersby noticed some movements in the bag abandoned in the hospital premises. They alerted the security guards who opened it and found the baby inside, they said.
The police were informed and the child was admitted to the hospital.
The condition of the baby is well. CCTV footage at the hospital are being scanned to find any clue about who had left the baby there, the police said.
