Popular boy bands of '90s Backstreet Boys and NSYNC will team up to star in a television zombie movie "Dead 7".
The film, made for Syfy channel, will be written and directed by Backstreet Boys' Nick Carter, who will also star alongside wife Lauren Kitt, reported People Magazine.
Bandmate AJ McLean will star as the apprentice to the main villain, while NSYNC's Joey Fatone, 38, will play the lead.
"Think about it. Boy-banders, people from the late '90s, people who you love, fighting zombies in a post-apocalyptic world. Pretty crazy, right?" Carter said.
The 35-year old "Now Or Never" hitmaker said he wants One Direction's Niall Horan to play his brother.
"Ok @NiallOfficial I know we're from different generations but... Would you like to play my brother in this zombie movie with me?" he tweeted.
The film will be produced by The Asylum studio of "Sharknado" fame.
