"The backward areas in Jammu and Kashmir are worst-hit due to the wrong policies and mis-governance of the present regime led by Omar Abdullah," PDP's General Secretary Balbir Singh said while addressing a public meeting in Kathua district here.
Pointing towards rampant corruption in the state, Singh said the ruling National Conference-Congress alliance was not serious in checking the corruption in its Cabinet.
"It seems corruption has been legalised under the present dispensation because everyone from top to bottom has been involved in corruption in one way or other," he alleged.
