The film is said to be based on the 'Bikini Killer' Charles Sobhraj's sensational jailbreak from the Tihar prison in 1986.
"Our film is not a biopic, it is a fictional story. It is not on Charles Sobhraj, it is the story of a police officer named Amod Kanth and how he dealt with a jail break case. The film has nothing to do with Charles Sobhraj," director Prawaal Raman told PTI.
The film revolves around how an inmate escapes from a high security jail and how a police officer deals with the case.
"The film is about interpersonal relationship of good and bad. It focuses on police officer Amod Kanth's case of jail break," Raman said.
