Pargat, who resigned as MLA a few days ago, said both Independent MLAs did not inform the group about their move.
"For me, it was just that they (Bains brothers) should have informed us before joining hands (with AAP). They did not inform me and they did not tell that they are going with AAP," Pargat said tonight.
He said that he came to know about it from media.
He said that Sidhu, who had floated Awaaz-e-Punjab front two months back, must also have felt "bad" as he was also not informed by the Bains brothers.

The Bains brothers of Ludhiana today joined hands with AAP for the upcoming Punjab Assembly polls.
Making the announcement at a press conference here, AAP state in-charge Sanjay Singh said Aam Aadmi Party and Lok Insaaf Party, floated by the Bains brothers, will contest the 2017 state polls together.
Under this pact, Lok Insaaf Party will be given five seats from where they could nominate their candidates.
"We were demanding 20 seats and our understanding was that the deal could have been sealed at 15 seats," Pargat said, "We told them (Bains brothers) that we should demand more seats as pact for just five seats is not an alliance."
Asked whether he could join AAP, Pargat said, "Now perhaps not. I do not feel now joining (AAP)."
He said the final decision will be taken after holding a meeting with Sidhu day after tomorrow.
"I will meet him and the best possible decision in the given situation will be taken," he said.
