Bajra eases on adequate supply
Press Trust of India New Delhi Barring a fall in bajra prices on adequate supplies, other grains including wheat and rice basmati held steady at the wholesale market today in scattered deals.
Traders said adequate stocks position against subdued demand from consuming industries mainly kept pressure on bajra prices.
In the national capital, bajra shed Rs 10 at Rs 1,215- 1,220 per quintal.

Wheat MP (deshi) 2,245-2,445, Wheat dara (for mills) 1,580-1,585, Chakki atta (delivery) 1,585-1,590, Atta Rajdhani (10 kg) 220, Shakti bhog (10 kg) 220, Roller flour mill 835-840 (50 kg), Maida 940-950 (50 kg) and Sooji 990-1,000 (50 kg).
