Bandhan appoints HR firm for compensation strategy

Micro-finance institution (MFI) Bandhan Financial Services, which is in the process of rolling out bank branches in the next fiscal, has appointed HR consultancy firm Aon Hewitt for designing and implementing the compensation strategy for its workforce.
Bandhan, which has around 13,000 employees in its roll and in the process of rolling out 600 bank branches in the initial phase, was aiming to create strong workforce for which the consultancy firm had been appointed, it said in a statement today.
Earlier, Bandhan had appointed Deloitte for getting recommendations on a seamless transition from a MFI to a bank.
It got the banking licence from RBI in April.
