Top seed Siddanth Banthia of Maharashtra will face eighth seed Sacchitt Sharma in the boys' singles final of the 10th MSLTA-Yonex Sunrise Ramesh Desai Under-16 Tennis Nationals here tomorrow.
The corresponding girls' summit contest would pit Shivani Amineni of Telangana against Vaidehi Chaudhari of Gujarat.
In the semifinals held today, Banthia, who hails from Pune and would represent India in the World Youth Cup in Hungary in August, survived some anxious moments in the opening set before putting it across his Tamil Nadu rival S M Aditya 7-6(5) 6-3 in just over an hour and 30 minutes.
Sharma, of Delhi, scored a 7-6(6) 6-0 win over Sanket Tomar of Chandigarh in under two hours in the other semifinal.
In the girls' semifinals, fourth seed Shivani got past her state-mate and top seed Sama Sathwika who conceded the match when trailing 0-5 due to a recurring back pain.
Second seed Vaidehi stopped the winning run of Maharashtra left-hander Salsa Aher 6-4 6-0 in the other semifinal match.
