Barley prices were down by Rs 10 per quintal at the wholesale grains market today due to adequate supplies against reduced offtake by consuming industries.
However, other grains moved in a narrow range in scattered deals and settled around previous levels.
Traders said reduced offtake by stockists following subdued demand from consuming industries against adequate supplies from producing belts mainly led to the fall in barley prices.
