Barley remains weak on adequate supply

Barley prices moved down by Rs 10 per quintal at the wholesale grains market today due to slackened demand from consuming industries against higher supplies.
Traders said slackened demand from consuming industries against adequate stocks position mainly kept pressure on barley prices.
In the national capital, barley declined by Rs 10 to Rs 1,570-1,575 per quintal.

Wheat MP (deshi) 2,245-2,445, Wheat dara (for mills) 1,610-1,615, Chakki atta (delivery) 1,615-1,620, Atta Rajdhani (10 kg) 220, Shakti bhog (10 kg) 220, Roller flour mill Rs 850-865 (50 kg), Maida 910-925 (50 kg) and Sooji 1,050-1,060 (50 kg).
