Barley weakens on low demand
Press Trust of India New Delhi Barring weakness in barley owing to muted demand from consuming industries, other grains held steady at wholesale grains market today in thin trade in the absence of worthwhile activity.
Marketmen said adequate stocks position against tepid demand from consuming industries led to decline in barley prices.
In the national capital, barley shed Rs 10 at Rs 1,430-1,440 per quintal.
