Baroda Pioneer AMC appoints Oliver Bilal as CEO

Baroda Pioneer Asset Management Company Ltd today said it appointed Oliver Bilal as its Chief Executive Officer.
"We are pleased to have Oliver Bilal on board. His long-standing international experience in the asset management industry will be instrumental in helping us further strengthen and build our business in India which is at the cusp of economic reform," Baroda Pioneer AMC Chairman Jack Lin said in a statement.
"Oliver's wealth of global expertise and experience will strengthen and grow Baroda Pioneer AMC to one of the most sought after fund houses in the country," he added.
The appointment of Bilal, effective from January 6 this year, is a significant step towards strengthening the management team of Baroda Pioneer AMC.

Prior to joining Baroda Pioneer, Bilal served as Managing Director, head of sales and marketing in Pioneer Investments KAG, Germany.
He has also worked as the director in Allianz Global lnvestors Europe from 2006 to 2011.
