Prices of base metals including copper, brass, zinc, tin and nickel fell at the non-ferrous metal market here today on heavy selling by stockists amidst weak demand from industrial users.

Copper cable, copper scrap heavy, copper armiture, copper utensils, copper wire bar and copper sheets cuttings dipped by Rs 8 per kg each to Rs 422, Rs 415, Rs 407, Rs 380, Rs 442 and Rs 400 respectively.
Brass sheet cuttings fell by Rs 5 per kg to Rs 307 as against Rs 312 previously.
