Bear attacks woman, daughter

A woman and her daughter who were sleeping outside their house invillage Segali in Mandi district were injured when a bear attacked them early this morning, according to officials.
A bear entered in the house of Kunj Lal and seriously injured his wife Kamla Devi (38) and daughter Lata (16), they said.
Both of them were rushed to the community health centre in Banjar in critical condition from where they were referred to District HospitalKullu, they said adding that the condition of the injured is still not stable.
