The 70-year-old musician, who has just released his second solo album, said he wants to work with more creative people, reported ABC Online.
"I'd love to work with Justin Timberlake. That has always been a thing in my head because I think we would click.
"You gravitate towards people that are creative and you hope that something good comes from it," he said.
Since his brothers and band co-founders Robin (Gibb) and Maurice (Gibb) died, Barry has focused on his own work as well as performing alongside other bands.

"(Coldplay's) Chris Martin called me up and asked me to do it and... It didn't sound realistic to me because they're huge and this is their time.
"But he didn't see it that way. He said, 'No, no, you've got to do this'," he said.
Gibb said he initially struggled to establish his own identity in the music world after the death of his brothers.
"You know, ultimately, we all wanted to be solo stars. That's what groups are - every member of the group wants individual attention.
