The 27-year-old Namibian fashion diva took to Instagram to wish the Maroon 5 frontman on his 38th birthday.
"The love of my life. Happy birthday," wrote Prinsloo, alongside her picture with a cigar-smoking Levine where in one can see her teasing him.
The couple got married in 2014 and have a six-month-old daughter named Dusty.
Other than Prinsloo, "The Voice" coach received lots of wishes on his big day by one of his fellow coaches, Alicia Keys.
"Awww! Remember this??? Happy Bornday to @AdamLevine! #WildHorses," tweeted Alicia, along side the video of the song "Wild Horses" sung by the two singers.
